Registration forms are form-fill able PDFs for your convenience.  Follow steps below for the applicable forms:

Step 2. Print the form
Step 3. Sign the form
Step 4. Submit the form within registration timelines

Rates in 2010 remain the same as 2008 & 2009.  The required League Registration Fee in lieu of a Fund Raiser:  Total fee includes Major League Team Replica hat, shirt, trophy, and league insurance coverage.  Please make sure to include the $20.00 fee with your "Total Due" on the registration form.

Note:  Grey paints are required for Minors, Majors, and girls U -10 through U-12 leagues.

Registration: Forms may  not be sent through local schools this year.  Forms may be filled or downloaded off this website.  Alternatively, they are available at Edgewood City Hall or in local school offices.
